Day 01
Welcome aboard! Enter the world of Vacations Exotica as you begin your memorable journey of South America. Arrive Rio de Janerio. Enjoy the city sights of Rio de Janerio on a guided city tour.
Today, embark on your exciting tour of South America. Fly to Brazil. On arrival at Rio de Janeiro Airport. You will be met and greeted by professional & experienced tour manager / local representative. Drive to the hotel and check in. Later proceed on a city tour in Historical Rio de Janeiro, visit the São Bento Monastery, Candelaria (the candle-makers), Praça XV, the ‘Travessa do Mercado’, Imperial Palace, the cultural centre located in the beautifully-restored Banco do Brasil, the Casa França-Brasil, Ouvidor (the listeners) Street and Gonçalves Dias Street with the traditional Colombo Coffee Shop. You will also visit the Carioca Square and the Metropolitan Cathedral.

Day 02
Rio de Janerio. Visit to Corcovado Mountain.
After breakfast, enjoy half day visit to the Corcovado Mountain - Rio ́s best-known icon ‘Christ the Redemeer’. It ́s a concrete statue of 30 meters whose wide open arms seem to embrace the whole city. The base stands on the top of the Corcovado hill (710 meters) offering a magnificent view of the city: the Guanabara bay, Niteroi, the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon, the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana, the botanical garden and the Sugar Loaf. The Christ of Corcovado had been declared one of the Seven Wonders of Modern World. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant. In Rio nightlife is considered one of the best in the world and it’s not to be missed. Day 03
Visit the Sugar Loaf Mountain. Enjoy Plataforma Show.
After breakfast, enjoy a half day visit to Sugar Loaf. The Sugar Loaf is a worldwide symbol of Rio de Janeiro and offers the most beautiful views of the city. It is a combination of two mountains reached by a cable car, the first one called Morro da Urca is 220 meters high and offers a beautiful view of the Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Botafogo and Flamengo, the local airport and the Rio-Niterói Brige. From this stage, a second cable car will take you up to the top of the second mountain, with 395 meters above the sea level, to find a splendid view of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress and some beaches of Niterói. The Sugar has become a trademark of the city, making of this an unforgettable tour. Enjoy lunch.
Tonight, enjoy dinner and then proceed to Plataforma 1, where a show of Samba and Folklore music with Brazilian dancers is performed. You will feel the energy and enchantment of the Carnival in Rio, the samba, the mulata dancers, a capoeira presentation and other traditional Brazilian dances.

Day 04
Onto Iguazu (Brazilian side of the falls)
After breakfast, check out & proceed to the airport for your flight to Iguazu. On arrival, proceed to Iguazu falls. Later visit the Brazilian side of the falls and enjoy secure and modern catwalks that lead through the falls, continue down pathways which take us over the falling water up to a special area with a fantastic panoramic view of the Devil’s Throat and the surrounding falls. Enjoy lunch. Later check into the hotel. Tonight enjoy local dinner at the Hotel.

Day 05
Iguazu Falls - Argentinean side of the falls with Great Adventure
After breakfast, visit the Iguazu Falls from Argentinean side. In the northeast of the country, in the border with Brazil you will find the most overwhelming falls in the world. The Iguazu River plunges into a gorge of over 275 falls along 4 km completely surrounded by a dense tropical forest come face to face with the native wildlife. You will enjoy the traditional circuits in the Iguazu National Park: the Upper Circuit and the Lower Circuit. The Upper Circuit guarantees spectacular panoramic views of the falls. The Lower Circuit will give us a closer view of the falls and surrounding vegetation. Finally, time to arrive at the Devil’s Throat. This waterfall is the most impressive waterfall of the Iguazu Falls. After lunch enjoy the excursion called ‘Great Adventure’ (child below 12 years and visitors with medical condition not allowed) that combines: off- road ride in the jungle and a navigation (the last 2 kilometers are in the rapids of the river). Then, arrive at the Devil’s Throat Canyon where you will get closest to the falls. Today enjoy local dinner at the hotel. Overnight at Hotel Panoramic or similar in Iguazu. (B/ LL /LD)
Day 06
Onto Buenos Aires – Guided City Tour. Tonight enjoy Tango Show with Dinner.
After breakfast, check out & proceed to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. On arrival at Buenos Aires, proceed on a half day city tour to discover the city’s most traditional neighborhoods. First stop will be the May Square, historical scenery of the main political events of our country. Then continue towards San Telmo. This picturesque area still preserves its colonial constructions and its cobbled streets. It is full of antique shops and artist’s ateliers. This tour continues in La Boca, where you will visit the famous Caminito and further go on to visit in Puerto Madero, a very sophisticated area very close to the river that houses the most elegant and chic restaurants and bars in town. You will head towards Recoleta to discover the Parisian air of Alvear Avenue, the most exclusive fashion shops, luxurious French palaces and the legendary Recoleta Cemetery. Enjoy Indian lunch. Enjoy the Tango Porteño – Tango Porteño House opened in the best location that ‘Tango’ can offer in Buenos Aires, in front of the Obelisk, an indisputable landmark of the city. It magically recreates the great passion of the Argentinean society, dating to the ‘Golden Age ́ in Buenos Aires when every corner of the city smelt of ́tango’. The show brings us back to Canaro, Fresedo, Piazzolla, D’Arienzo, Troilo and Pugliese, among other celebrities. The old Metro building is today `Tango Porteño ́, a place that combines the most delicate ambience with the purest art deco style of the Golden Age, an outstanding group of artists, top productions and a high quality gastronomic display which honors the time it represents. Day 07
Excursion to Tigre and Delta.
After breakfast this morning, drive to the outskirt residential neighborhoods in the north area, near the River Plate surrounded by spectacular vegetation. You will arrive at Tigre in the Delta, navigate on the typical motorboat and sail along the Delta, among beautiful green islands, leafy vegetation and characteristic fauna. Arrive at Gato Blanco Restaurant located in one of the islands in Parana River’s Delta. This section of the delta is characterized for its natural semi-wild condition and the beauty of this natural environment. Enjoy lunch. Later, navigate back to the pier.
Tonight enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant.

Day 08
Onto Lima – Guided City Tour of Lima.
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Lima.
On arrival at Lima proceed for a half day guided city tour. Enjoy Indian lunch. Tour around downtown Lima and its more important architectural constructions from the vice royalty period including the Government Palace and the Cathedral. During the tour, we will visit the Convent of San Francisco, marvel the invaluable pieces of art and its famous catacombs. Later, proceed to modern Lima visiting San Isidro, the financial and commercial heart of the city, located here are the pre- Hispanic remains of Huallamarca. Later continue to Miraflores, the perfect point to enjoy the views of the bay and the Pacific Ocean perfectly combined with the modernity of its constructions and the legacy of ancient Peruvian, similar to the pre-Hispanic site of Pucllana.

Day 09
Onto Cusco – Guided City Tour of Cusco.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Cusco. On arrival at Cusco proceed on a half day guided city tour & surrounding ruins. Visit Korikancha or Temple of Sun where you will find one of the best samples of the ability of the Incas working the stone. Later continue to the Cathedral that shelters priceless colonial pieces of art. Enjoy local lunch. Later, head to the monuments that surround the city, like Sacsayhuaman an impressive fortress with stones of extraordinary measures, continue to Qenqo, Puca - Pucara and the Inca bath of Tambomachay. Later in the evening transfer to the restaurant for dinner.

Day 10 :
Cusco - Machu Picchu.
After breakfast, early morning proceed to the station to board the train that will take you to the Lost City of the Incas.
On arrival, transfer to the Citadel of Machu Picchu, the best proof of perfection of the Inca ability over stone. It has different sectors among which we can find the urban and farming zones, temples and houses as well as its famous Intihuatana or Solar Clock finely carved on stone. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In the evening, board the train to return back to Cusco. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Today enjoy local dinner at a restaurant. Overnight at Hotel Costa del Sol Ramada or similar in Cusco. (B/LL /LD)
Day 11 :
Farewell !!!
After breakfast, check out & transfer to the airport to board flight your flight back home. Return home with great experience & wonderful memories of your Holidays with Vacations Exotica.
