Where can I apply for a Visa ?
You are requested to get in touch with the nearest Embassy/ High Commission of the countries that you would like to travel, who will apprise you of all the formalities required.

How do initiate the bookings and settle the payment issue ? Is there an advance deposit required ?
We take a very nominal charge (Booking amount) to initiate the reservations of your trips.
Booking request for FIT & Groups
More than 90 days – 10% of the complete tour cost
Within 89/60 days – another 25% of the complete tour cost
Within 59/30 days – balance 65% of the complete tour cost
* Full payment (for all bookings) – Must reach us 30 days prior arrival
* All Travel documents can be emailed anytime after depositing the full deposit. However a physical copy is do handed over upon arrival.
Important note :
In addition to the aforementioned deposits shall also be payable (at the beginning itself) all other mandatory advance deposits as required by different suppliers or airlines (like few low cost carriers), to confirm their services/ and seats.
The money can also be paid at our payment gateway on our banker’s website, through your Master or Visa cards, or through a wire transfer to our Bank Account.

Is the information I give on the net safe including the credit card details ?
Any correspondence exchanged between us will be kept confidential and not out-sourced to any third party under any circumstances. The credit card details you provide are safe since our Payment Gateway is approved by VERISIGN. Moreover your profile (name, Email ID, address, Telephone number) will be used only to communicate with you in regards to the services you are buying or availing. At no time this profile will be misused.
What are the cancellation policies?
Please read the cancellation plociies carefully and for any Cancellation you should reach the dealing Office & respective Tour Booking Consultant via Fax / E-mail.
** An acknowledgement is a MUST from the dealing staff.
Cancellation Policy (Proposed from the date of commencement of any tour)
90 Days & more : 25% of the complete tour cost
59-45 Days : 45% of the complete tour cost
44-30 Days : 70% of the complete tour cost
29-14 Days : 95% of the complete tour cost
15 days & less : 100% of the complete tour cost
Please be informed that we negotiate Special Rates with hotels for our clients and to guarantee reservations with them, our exchange vouchers (45 days prior to the arrival) are issued and sent to their offices. This is also the stipulated time period to confirm any reservation, which also makes us liable for retention charges in case of any cancellation later.
Cancellation charges over air & train tickets will be as per the policies of the airlines and railways
